The Democratic Organization of Iranian Women (DAW; {{langx|fa|تشکیلات دموکراتیک زنان ایران}}) is the women's wing of the Tudeh Party of Iran.

The organization "demanded radical transformations in the laws governing the rights of women in the family and at the workplace", according to Hammed Shahidian.{{cite journal|last=Hammed|first=Shahidian|title=The Iranian Left and the "Woman Question" in the Revolution of 1978-79|date=May 1994|journal=International Journal of Middle East Studies|volume=26|issue=2|pages=223–47|jstor=164734|doi=10.1017/S0020743800060220|s2cid=163000506 }} They published a monthly magazine named Bidari-e Ma ({{literal translation|Our Awakening}}), edited by Zahra Eskandari-Bayat.

OIW was banned in 1949, along with Tudeh itself and other affiliates, but the party managed to revive it in 1951 with another name: 'Democratic Organization of Iranian Women'.
