Dharanindravarman II ({{langx|km|ធរណីន្ទ្រវរ្ម័នទី២}}; also titled Paramanishkalapada) was king of the Khmer Empire from 1150 to 1160.
He married the daughter of Harshavarman III, Princess Sri Jayarajacudamani.
