Dillon Head (born October 11, 2004) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Miami Marlins organization.
Amateur career
Head grew up in Glenwood, Illinois. On May 4, 2024, the Padres traded Head to the Miami Marlins alongside Jakob Marsee, Nathan Martorella, and Woo-suk Go in exchange for Luis Arráez and cash considerations.{{cite web|url=https://www.mlb.com/news/padres-marlins-luis-arraez-trade|title=Padres acquire batting champ Arraez from Marlins|work=mlb.com|first=Michael|last=Reynolds|date=May 4, 2024|accessdate=May 4, 2024}} He went 5–for–18 (.277) with one home run and two RBI in five games split between the rookie–level Florida Complex League Marlins and Single–A Jupiter Hammerheads.
