Dimitar Panayotov Shtilianov or Shtilyanov ({{langx|bg|Димитър Панайотов Щилянов}}; born 17 July 1976) is boxer from Bulgaria.

He won a bronze medal at the 1999 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Houston, Texas.
