Dimosthenis Tampakos ({{langx|el|Δημοσθένης Ταμπάκος}}, born 12 November 1976 in Thessaloniki) is a Greek gymnast and Olympic gold medalist.

He won gold in the men's rings at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens with a score of 9.862.{{cite news |url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/olympics_2004/gymnastics/3589372.stm |title=Tampakos claims rings crown |date=22 August 2004 |publisher=BBC Sport |access-date=14 October 2009}} He had also won the silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
