Divan Rossouw (born 12 March 1996) is a Namibian rugby union player, currently playing in South Africa for the {{Rut|Bulls}} in Super Rugby, the {{Rut|Blue Bulls}} in the Currie Cup and the {{Rut|Blue Bulls XV}} in the Rugby Challenge.{{SA Rugby Player Profile | id=49649 | name=Divan Rossouw | date=29 November 2016}} He is a utility back that can play as a fullback, winger, centre or scrum-half.

Rossouw was born and grew up in Windhoek.
