The Djowei are an indigenous Australian people of the Northern Territory.

The Djowei had an estimated {{convert|1,700|mi2|km2}} of tribal land.country consisted of some {{convert|1,200|mi2|km2}} inland east of the Adelaide River. They lay between the Awarai and Djerimanga.{{sfn|Tindale|1974|p=224}}
