Doseley is a village in the Telford and Wrekin borough in Shropshire, England. History

The settlement was located in an area of coal mining{{Cite web |title=Dawley Mine Shafts, Pits and Collieries |url=http://dawleyhistory.com/Mines/Dawley%20Mines%20and%20Pits.html |access-date=2025-01-03 |website=dawleyhistory.com}} and was served by the former Doseley Halt on the Wellington to Craven Arms Railway which closed in 1963. St Luke's Church

St Luke's church in Doseley was an Anglican church dedicated to Luke the Evangelist, built in 1845 to serve the new ecclesiastical parish of Dawley Parva (ie Little Dawley) which served the townships of Little Dawley and Horsehay.{{Cite web |title=Saint Lukes Church : Dawley Heritage |url=https://www.dawleyheritage.co.uk/timeline/69/st-luke-s-church-dawley-built |access-date=2025-01-03 |website=www.dawleyheritage.co.uk}} It was built in red brick in the Norman style and is grade II listed.{{NHLE|num=1054168 |desc=St Luke's Church | access-date=20 January 2025}} The church was in use until 1975 when it was declared redundant, and became a private residence in 1980.{{Cite web |last=Madden |first=Sophie |date=2017-06-16 |title=Room with a pew? Doseley has no bus services passing through it, the nearest stops are in Horsehay, Lightmoor and Little Dawley. The nearest railway stations are Shifnal and Telford Central.
