Doug Clement (born 15 July 1933) is a Canadian sprinter.{{cite web|url=https://www.olympedia.org/athletes/65996 |title=Doug Clement |access-date=7 May 2022}} He competed in the men's 400 metres at the 1952 Summer Olympics. Biography
Clement was born Montreal, Quebec, in 1933. He attended the University of Oregon on a track scholarship in the 1950s.
Clement competed at two Olympic Games. In between the two Olympic Games, Clememt also represented Canada at the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver. Clement went on to become a medical researcher, and taught at Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia. He was also made an Order of Canada in 1992.
