Going into the weekend, Oscar Piastri leads the Drivers' Championship with 198 points, twenty-two points ahead of his teammate Lando Norris in second, and 43 ahead of Max Verstappen in third. Three free practice sessions will be held for the event. The first free practice session will be held on 27 June 2025, at 13:30 local time (UTC+2). The second free practice session will be held on the same day, at 17:00 local time. The third free practice session will be held on 28 June 2025, at 12:30 local time.

Qualifying will be held on 28 June 2025, at 16:00 local time (UTC+2), and will determine the starting grid order for the race.

The race will be held on 29 June 2025, at 15:00 local time (UTC+2), and is set to be run for 71 laps.
