The 2031 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament will involve 68 teams playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I men's basketball national champion for the 2030–31 season. The 92nd annual edition of the tournament will begin on March 18, 2031, and will conclude with the championship game on April 7, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta had originally been scheduled to host the Final Four at the 2020 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, but it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
