This person could be notable, and we'd like to get the article published, but you have to help us to help you. As it's going, this is starting to get close to outright rejection, considering the number of previous declines.
Also, in articles on living people (WP:BLP), every material statement, anything potentially contentious, and all private personal and family details must be clearly supported by inline citations to reliable published sources. Which source gives her DOB? Or her POB? Or even her real name? Cite the source(s) where you got those from. If you can't, then where did you get them from? Heather Robinson (born April 17th, 1969) better known by her stage name DJ Heather, is an American DJ, singer, and songwriter. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she moved to the Chicago area when she was seven years old. She incorporates a wide variety of genres into her DJ sets including hip-hop, house, jazz, soul, R&B, disco classics, and rare groove.
She became a resident at the house music club Red Dog and was an employee at many record stores and distributors, including Record Exchange (1989-90), Wax Trax!
