David O. Miller (born in 1958) is an American artist whose work has appeared in role-playing games.
Early life and education
David O. Miller was born in Ashland, Kentucky in 1958. Miller was introduced to role-playing games in 1977.{{Cite web|url=https://chattacon.org/person/david-o-miller/|title=David O. Career
David O. Miller began his career working at television stations and advertising agencies.{{cite news |last=Hutaff |first=Matt |date=2006-10-24 |title=Zina Saunders and David O. While he was there, he met Alan Shepard and Buzz Aldrin. He was at the time also freelancing for RPG game companies such as TSR, Game Designers Workshop, White Wolf Publishing, Steve Jackson Games, West End Games and Wizards of the Coast, as well as Baen Books, DoubleDay Science Fiction and Military Book Clubs, Topps and Inkworks. Miller left the Space and Rocket Center in February 1991 to freelance full-time. In 2006 he contributed artwork for a card set based on Sliders.
His Dungeons & Dragons work includes illustrations for Rock of Bral, Heart of the Enemy, Greyspace, Dune Trader, and The Complete Spacefarer's Handbook (1992), Space Lairs, Krynnspace, Black Flames, and The Astromundi Cluster (1993), City Sites (1994), Glantri: Kingdom of Magic, Castle Sites, and 2nd edition AD&D Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master Guide Revised (1995), and Player's Option: Spells & Magic (1996).
