Dominic Di Paola (born 11 January 1982) is an English football manager who manages National League South club Horsham.

Managerial career

Di Paola began his managerial career with Clymping which saw him guide them from the West Sussex League to County League Division Two in two seasons. He moved to Worthing United in 2010 and led them to promotion to Division One of the Sussex County League. In East Preston gained two County League titles, reaching the final of five Sussex cup competitions as well as reaching the last sixteen of the FA Vase.

After two Covid hit seasons, in 2023-24 Di Paola qualified for the Isthmian Premier Division Play-Offs where Horsham lost out to Chatham Town on penalties.
