Born in Sydney (Gadi), JESWRI is a proud member of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. He credits his mother, an art teacher, as a key influence in his early artistic development. Before becoming a full-time artist, JESWRI worked in advertising as a graphic designer and art director. JESWRI is the co-founder of the NFT project Keyboard Warriors Internet Cafe, which sold 8,888 unique pieces in less than 30 seconds, making it one of Australia’s fastest-selling NFT drops.

JESWRI’s artwork is known for his illustrative composition based street art that combine graffiti, portraiture, comics and retrofuturistic elements. Common themes include:
