Kristel Elling (born 20 August 1979 in Tartu), is an Estonian actor.
She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre{{cite book |last1=Pärtlas |first1=Margus |title=EEsti Muusikaakadeemia Aastaraamat 2004 |publisher=AS Rebellis trükikoda |location=online |pages=84}} in 2004. After her graduation she worked as a freelancer at various theaters, including Theatre Vanemuine and the Von Krahl Theatre.
In 2005 she participated in the production of “Valge laev ja taevakäijad”, whose director Anne Türnpu and the whole cast were awarded with the special prize at the Annual Awards of the Estonian Theatre.
