majiko (まじこ, born October 28, 1992) is a Japanese singer-songwriter. Formerly known as まじ娘Currently, her official YouTube channel still lists her name as "Maji Musume." (Maji Musume) (pronounced the same). She is affiliated with Pinups Artisthttps://pinupsartist.jp/ ピンナップスアーティスト 公式サイト and signed to Universal Music Japan.

majiko was born and raised in Tokyo. Growing up in a musical environment due to her mother being a vocalist and vocal trainer, she was exposed to a variety of genres including rock, soul, jazz, and occasionally folk music.

In recent years, she has gained attention as a female singer-songwriter in the band scene, performing at numerous live events both domestically and internationally. In addition to writing lyrics, composing, and arranging, she also designs goods and album covers.

During high school, she played drums in a band. By the time she entered vocational school, she decided to focus solely on being a vocalist.

  • On December 8, she held her third solo live performance "Cloud 7" in Tokyo. It was at this time that she changed her stage name from "まじ娘" to "majiko".
