Education and career

Awards and achievements
Mark has testified before the U.S. Congress on student aid policy and has contributed to discussions on improving access to higher education funding. In 1996, he provided the U.S. Department of Education with a prototype of an online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which contributed to the development of FAFSA on the Web for the 1997-98 academic year.
In 2021, Mark Kantrowitz was selected for the Senator Joseph I.
