History
The site was originally acquired by Royal Mail in 1973 and developed as an operations centre. Following the cessation of operations in 2012, a masterplan for redevelopment was initiated. In July 2019, Royal Mail agreed to sell a portion of this land, known as Plot A. The site was subsequently developed by Quadrant Estates with investment from AIMCo.{{Cite web |last=Fursdon |first=Oliver |date=2020-10-01 |title=Quadrant and Aimco announce joint venture to bring forward £150m redevelopment of former Royal Mail site, Nine Elms |url=https://www.savills.co.uk/insight-and-opinion/savills-news/305825-0/quadrant-and-aimco-announce-joint-venture-to-bring-forward-%C2%A3150m-redevelopment-of-former-royal-mail-site--nine-elms |access-date=2025-03-13 |website=Savills News}}
