One&Only Papagayo is a 7-star resort set to open on the Papagayo Peninsula of Costa Rica. Development was confirmed by Mohammed Al Shaibani, Minister of the Dubai Royal Court and Executive Director of the Investment Corporation of Dubai in December 2021.
