History

Panthers Praha was founded in 1993 in the Žižkov district of Prague by Miroslav Hladík as an extracurricular activity at ZŠ Chelčického. The club has since evolved from a school-based initiative into a prominent floorball organization, reflecting significant growth and development over the years.

Initially, the team played preparatory matches during the 1996/1997 season. In the following season, they joined the 4th men's league with an average player age of 16. Over the years, the club expanded, merging with ŠSK Luka and relocating to Prague 13.

In 2006 Panthers Praha merged with FBC Thunder Balls, leading to the establishment of a club's women section. Subsequent mergers included the integration of the women's team Lhokamo Praha in 2008 and its men's counterpart in 2016, revitalized the club and reinforced Panthers' position among Prague's floorball teams.
