Robert E. Early life and education

Robert E. Gipson completed his undergraduate education at Harvard University, earning an A.B. degree in 1967. He later attended Yale Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1973 and served as the managing editor of the Yale Law Journal. Career

Gipson was admitted to the California Bar in 1973 and started his legal career at Irell and Manella the same year. Later he worked at Armstrong Hendler & Hirsch from 1975 to 1982. Then he founded Gipson Hoffman & Pancione in 1982 along with his partners. His main areas of interest include corporate law, estate planning, and financial matters.

In 1999, Robert E.
