Scantrol's Active Heave Compensation systems allow offshore winches, cranes, and launch and recovery systems to dynamically compensate for vessel motion caused by waves, maintaining accurate load positioning in harsh sea states. = Autotrawl systems =

Scantrol's Autotrawl solution,{{buzzword inline}} which automatically controls the trawl net geometry by adjusting wire lengths based on real-time data from net sensors and vessel motion ensuring that the net remains square and stable even in rough sea conditions, was first launched in the 1990s. The latest generation, SYM 7, enables control of up to seven trawls, and includes features such as turn compensation, MRU integration, and compatibility with Scantrol Deep Vision. In 2023, the company introduced SYM 7 LT, a lower-cost model without MRU. GS Marine completed the first U.S. installation on the Western Dawn the same year. As of 2024, more than 600 Autotrawl systems had been installed worldwide.

= Unmanned surface vessels (USVs) =

Scantrol has supplied launch and recovery control systems for unmanned surface vessels since the early 2020s. As of 2023, the company had received more than 20 mTrack orders for USV systems.
