{{AFC comment|1=See WP:COI. See also WP:BLP. Statements, starting with the date of birth, need to be sourced or removed. Greenman (talk) 11:07, 8 January 2025 (UTC)}}
{{AFC comment|1=Routine corporate executive CV-type article, reliant upon a routine reports that are mainly about businesses Hale worked for, not about Hale himself. Notability in Wikipedia needs significant coverage about the individual in reliable sources (see WP:GNG). Several assertions are unsupported by any citations. And trivial matters like Working at a cafe and playing backgammon are not usually covered in WP biographies. Paul W (talk) 16:20, 29 October 2024 (UTC)}}
