History
Virtune was founded in 2022, in Stockholm. In 2023, Virtune obtained its European Union Base Prospectus, a key regulatory approval that allows the company to offer its financial products across the European Union. The EU Base Prospectus is a regulatory requirement for financial institutions seeking to issue securities or investment products within the EU and ensures compliance with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) regulations.

Virtune issues Crypto ETPs which are a fully backed by the underlying crypto assets on which the value of ETPs are based.
