Gomoeleno 'Joy' Gumede, known professionally as Xduppy, is a South African Amapiano DJ and record producer.
Early life
He was born and raised in Pretoria.{{Citation needed|date=January 2025}}
Career
Xduppy rose in fame in 2023, where he released a single song titled "Bheba"(Quantum Sound) featuring the likes of ShaunMusiQ & Ftears, Myztro and Mellow & Sleazy. The song became popular on TikTok. He is currently signed at KGADAY, a independent record label in South Africa.
Xduppy has been featured on many popular amapiano songs. He has been featured in ShaunMusiQ & Ftears "Howa You" which featured Daliwonga and Myztro and Myztro's single titled "Myztro Ahh Ahh". He has collaborated with many famous South African artists such as DJ Maphorisa, Justin99, Pcee, Mellow & Sleazy, Daliwonga, Eemoh and Nandipha808.{{Citation needed|date=January 2025}} On October 2023, Xduppy released his first EP titled 'Joy'. He is also featured in DJ Maphorisa's and Shebeshxt single song titled "Twerka", which some fans credited the single negative and called it an 'Epic Failure'. After that, Xduppy released hit after hit single songs, which made him popular in the amapiano genre. He has also featured in many amapiano trending songs on TikTok.
Xduppy's style of music is S'gija, Nkwari, Quantum Sound and Private School Piano. Most of the time, he produces S'gija and Quantum Sound Amapiano songs.
