I have seen the comment of {{Ping|Robert McClenon}} (thank you, Robert),

but the name of this page must remain "numerosity", if it will be accepted.

The reason is that this is a technical name, used by professional mathematicians.

The only solution that I see is to use a disambiguation and a redirect.
