Durio acutifolius is a species of durian tree in the family Malvaceae. It is endemic to Borneo. The specific epithet, {{lang|la|acutifolius}}, meaning "thorny leaves", is derived from Latin {{lang|la|acutus}} (pointed, acute), and {{lang|la|-folius}} (-leaved).
