Duwayne Lloyd Anthony Brooks {{post-nominals|country=GBR|size=100%|OBE}} (born 27 September 1974) is a former councillor in the London Borough of Lewisham. Early life

Brooks was born in Lewisham to Jamaican parents. He grew up in Deptford and attended Blackheath Bluecoat Church of England School in Charlton. Murder of Stephen Lawrence

Brooks was arrested after allegations that he was involved in an incident during an anti-racist march outside the British National Party headquarters in Welling days after the murder. Political career
