Eddie Ivan Garcia (born April 15, 1960) is an American former professional football player who was a placekicker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the SMU Mustangs.

Early life

Career

Garcia was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the tenth round of the 1982 NFL draft. He spent most of his rookie year on injured reserve. He later played two seasons with the team. He holds the record for total fields goals made at SMU, with 44 (tied with Chase Hover).
