Edvin Sugarev (Bulgarian: Едвин Сугарев), (born 27 December 1953) in Sofia, is a Bulgarian poet{{cite web|last=Olszewska |first=Daniela |url=http://neweuropeanpoets.blogspot.com/2009/02/edvin-sugarev.html |title=New European Poets: Edvin Sugarev |publisher=Neweuropeanpoets.blogspot.com |date=2009-02-07 |accessdate=2011-10-15}} and politician. He graduated from Sofia University in 1979.
