Edward Feld

Edward Feld (born 1943) is a Conservative rabbi and author. He was the senior editor of the Rabbinical Assembly's High Holiday maḥzor Maḥzor Lev Shalem (2010),{{cite web|title=Jewish Prayers Are Modernized in New Book|url=https://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/17/us/17prayer.html?_r=0|work=New York Times}} which was the first Conservative Jewish liturgical publication to include passages aimed at the needs of gay couples.{{cite web|title=Gays in Updated Jewish Prayer Book|url=http://www.advocate.com/news/daily-news/2010/09/17/gays-updated-jewish-prayer-book|publisher=Advocate}} Feld currently serves as the Senior Editor of the Rabbinical Assembly's Shabbat and festivals prayer book Siddur Lev Shalem, (2016) a follow-up to the maḥzor preceding it that is similarly laced with commentaries and contemporary alternative textual options.
