Early life
Khan has two siblings, a younger brother{{Citation needed |date=March 2024}} and sister. By the time he was three-years old, his parents had separated. He and his brother lived with their father in Mumbai while, his mother and sister lived in Hyderabad. Personal life
Eijaz Khan was in a relationship with Anita Hassanandani, which ended. He later dated Natalie Di Luccio, a Canadian singer, with whom he came close to getting married.
