Elachista synopla is a moth of the family Elachistidae. It is found in Wyoming and Utah in the United States.Kaila, L. 1997. A revision of the Nearctic species of Elachista s. l. II. The argentella group (Lepidoptera, Elachistidae). Acta Zoologica Fennica 206: 1-93.

The length of the forewings is 5.6 mm.
