Eleutherodactylus minutus, also known as the Hispaniolan wheeping frog, is a species of frog in the family Eleutherodactylidae endemic to the Cordillera Central, Dominican Republic, at elevations of {{convert|879|–|2300|m|abbr=on}} asl.
