History

Planning for a building at the location to replace a parking lot by developer Gerding Edlen started as early as 2010.{{cite news |last1=Manning |first1=Jeff |title=New downtown Portland office towers pitched to meet rising demand |url=https://www.oregonlive.com/business/2010/11/new_downtown_portland_office_t.html |access-date=4 December 2024 |work=The Oregonian/OregonLive |date=4 November 2010 |language=en}} More concrete plans for a 24-story tower on the west end of Portland's downtown were announced by developer Greg Goodman in 2017.

Construction on the project began in 2020.{{cite web |title=PortlandMaps |url=https://www.portlandmaps.com/detail/permit/2020-149245-000-00-NV/4554726_did/ |website=www.portlandmaps.com |access-date=4 December 2024}} The first lease for space in the building was with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a law firm. Construction on the building finished in March 2023. Details

The mixed-use 300 foot tall building has 24 floors, plus four floors of underground parking. There is about {{convert|8000|ft2}} of commercial space on the ground floor, with {{convert|107000|ft2}} of office space overall, plus 213 apartments. The apartments have access to an outdoor pool the eighth floor, and a rooftop balcony.
