Elisha Kiprop Barno (born 1985) is a Kenyan marathon runner. Barno is the most prolific runner in Grandma's Marathon history, winning the race four times 2015 to 2018 and again in 2023 and 2024.{{cite web |title=ARRS-Runner: Elisha Barno Kiprop |url=https://more.arrs.run/runner/36386 |website=ARRS.run |publisher=Association of Road Racing Statisticians |accessdate=June 18, 2019}} He has won several marathons during his career, including the Los Angeles Marathon,{{cite news|url=https://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-marathon-elisha-barno-askale-merachi-20190324-story.html|title=Elisha Barno wins L.A.
