During the Armie Hammer scandal, documents were released that suggested his ex-wife was involved with the main accusers. Based on messages posted by Effie (the main accuser against Armie Hammer) in 2022, there are allegations that Hammer's ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers collaborated with the accusers. The messages, which were posted on Effie's Instagram account, show that Chambers allegedly asked Effie to formally file a complaint against Hammer.
