Elizabeth Hamilton Jack (born 19 June 1958){{Cite web|url=https://www.olympic.org/elizabeth-jack|title=Elizabeth JACK - Olympic Diving {{!}} Australia|date=2016-06-15|website=International Olympic Committee|language=en|access-date=2020-03-28}} is a former Australian diver, diving coach and sports administrator.
