Elterlein ({{IPA|de|ˈɛltɐlaɪ̯n|-|De-Elterlein.ogg}}) is a town in the district of Erzgebirgskreis, in Saxony, Germany. It is situated in the Ore Mountains, 10 km west of Annaberg-Buchholz. It consists of the divisions Elterlein, Hermannsdorf and Schwarzbach.
