Ena Thomas (5 June 1935 – 5 July 2020) was a Welsh television chef.{{cite news|title=Cofio am Ena Thomas, 'Brenhines y gegin' rhaglen Heno|url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/cymrufyw/53305497|work=BBC News|publisher=BBC|date=6 July 2020|language=cy}} She came from Carmarthenshire, and was known as the chef on the 1990s Welsh-language television programme Heno (Tonight).
