Work
Kilburn Cherry is a collection of photographs of cherry blossoms in Kilburn, London, traditionally the home of the Irish diaspora.{{cite news|last1=AnOther|accessdate=2018-10-25|title=The Cherry Blossom in Kilburn|url=http://www.anothermag.com/art-photography/3272/the-cherry-blossom-in-kilburn|newspaper=Another Magazine|date=3 January 2014}} The work was inspired by Japanese renku poetry. Bowe has said the "bold appearance of the cherry blossom seemed to play with ideas of hopefulness and revival".
At Mirrored River was made over four years in an unspecified Irish midlands town.{{cite news|accessdate=2018-10-17|title=Art in Focus: Enda Bowe – At Mirrored River|url=https://www.irishtimes.com/culture/art-and-design/visual-art/art-in-focus-enda-bowe-at-mirrored-river-1.3552599|newspaper=The Irish Times}} It contains portraits of young people at a point of transition to adulthood, depicted in their home setting of housing estates, supermarkets and social functions, juxtaposed with images of the town and its surrounding landscape.
