Enetama Lipi is a former politician from Niue. The son of Nogihau and Lipitoa of Namukulu, Lipitoa graduated in 1957 from Fiji School of Medicine.{{cite book |title=History and graduates of the Medical School known as Suva Medical School, 1888-1927, Central Medical School, 1928-1960, Fiji School of Medicine, 1961-present. |author= |publisher=Fiji School of Medicine |location=Suva |year=1979 |page= }} He moved residence to his wife's home village of Lakepa while still holding his MP seat for Namukulu. He was elected MP for Lakepa before retiring.
