Engine Creek is a stream in Sevier County, Tennessee, in the United States.{{GNIS|1289015}} It is a tributary of the Little Pigeon River and lies wholly within Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Engine Creek was so named when a steam engine fell onto the creek bed during transport.{{cite book|last=Manning|first=Russ|title=100 Hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=R7LgUtzWy6kC&pg=PA123|year=1999|publisher=The Mountaineers Books|isbn=978-0-89886-636-0|page=123}} Engine Creek was formerly named "'Injun Creek'" and the rename proposal was approved by the United States Geographical Survey Board of Geographic Names in 2020.
