Enneapterygius miyakensis, known commonly as the Izu Islands triplefin, is a species of triplefin blenny in the genus Enneapterygius.{{Fishbase|Enneapterygius|miyakensis|month=April|year=2019}} It was described by the German ichthyologist Ronald Fricke in 1987.{{Cof record|spid=7585|title=Enneapterygius miyakensis|access-date=18 May 2019}} It is only known to occur in the Izu Islands off Japan.
