Enneapterygius pyramis, the pyramid triplefin, is a species of triplefin blenny in the genus Enneapterygius.{{Fishbase|Enneapterygius|pyramis|month=April|year=2019}} It was described by Ronald Fricke in 1994.{{Cof record|spid=63052|title=Enneapterygius pyramis|access-date=19 May 2019}} This species occurs in the western Pacific Ocean from Guam to French Polynesia.
