Enneapterygius vexillarius, the blacksaddle triplefin, is a species of triplefin blenny in the genus Enneapterygius.{{Fishbase|Enneapterygius|vexillarius|month=April|year=2019}} It was described by Henry Weed Fowler in 1946.{{Cof record|spid=39501|title=Enneanectes vexillarius|access-date=21 May 2019}} Enneapterygius vexillarius has been recorded from the Ryukyu Islands, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
