Eugene is an unincorporated community in extreme southwestern Cole County, Missouri, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population is 140.{{Cite web|title=Explore Census Data|url=https://data.census.gov/cedsci/profile?g=1600000US2922798|access-date=2022-01-13|website=data.census.gov}} It is located {{convert|10|mi}} east of Eldon on Route 17, approximately {{convert|3|mi|0}} south of U.S. Route 54.
