In 1955, Iglesias appeared as Alfredo on the television western Cheyenne in the episode "Border Showdown."

He is most known for his roles in Harper, otherwise referred to as "The Moving Target" during its production period,{{cite web|title=Harper|url=http://www.afi.com/members//catalog/DetailView.aspx?s=&Movie=22684|website=AFI Catalog of Feature Films|publisher=American Film Institute|accessdate=October 3, 2016}} (1966), Cowboy (1958), and The Naked Dawn (1955). Iglesias was mostly active as a film actor, but also appeared in television, including the series My Little Margie{{cite web|title=Eugene Iglesias Credits|url=https://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/eugene-iglesias/credits/149769/|website=TV Guide|publisher=CBS Interactive Inc.|accessdate=October 3, 2016}} and Dragnet (1954): Broken Arrow, season 1, episode 8-November 27, 1956 as Cheewaukee.
