Eupithecia cerynea is a moth in the family Geometridae. It was described by Herbert Druce in 1893. It is known from Guatemala.{{LepIndex |id=221579 |access-date=11 February 2025 }}
The wingspan is about {{cvt|1|in|disp=flip}}. The forewings and hindwings are white with some greyish markings.
